For the unity and betterment of the entire Southwest District this year’s theme is Together, We Move Forward. Bet on your Kiwanis Club’s future at the Don Laughlin Riverside Resort and Casino in Laughlin, NV from August 22nd to 24th with sessions on a variety of topics and some surprise special guests.
Build the resort/casino of your dreams! You and your division have a challenge, to create the best resort/casino out of boxed, canned, and other non-perishable food. Prizes will be awarded to the best resort/casino. All food items will be donated to a local foodbank. Start collecting those cans, Macaroni and Cheese boxes, cereal boxes, etc. and watch for more details to come!

The Kid n’ Nic Band
The 2025 Southwest District Convention is excited to host the Kid n’ Nic Band and Show for a special performance. Nic (aka Nicole Tracy, a fellow Kiwanian) started her band in 1997 and has preformed in 16 states and around the world! Her fun band, is a high energy, interactive group that features a cool blend of music. Enjoy music and comedy for a show that provides a lot of laughs, great danceable music, and a genuine feeling of joy!
Elections, Amendments, & Resolutions
Help shape the future of the Southwest District at the 2025 House of Delegates. The Kiwanis Southwest District Bylaws entitle each chartered club in good standing to three voting delegates and three alternate delegates as representatives at the Kiwanis Southwest District convention. Learn more about the House of Delegates, proposed amendments, resolutions, and who is running for office below.
Support the Southwest District of Kiwanis by sponsoring our District Convention. Reach thousands of Kiwanians in Arizona, New Mexico, and El Paso while supporting the children of the world. Promote your business or honor your Club officers by purchasing a tax deductible advertisement in our 2025 District Convention program. Individuals and Businesses who place a half (1/2) page advertisement or greater will also have their logo or name posted to our Kiwanis Supporters page for the 2025-2026 Kiwanis year.
No outside water or food is allowed in any meeting rooms or banquet areas. Water stations will be available Friday and Saturday, in all meeting rooms.
All persons named on room list, must be 21 years or older.
Free parking is available or you can valet and tip.
