Inter-club awards recognize Clubs and their members who are not only involved in their own communities but support their fellow Kiwanis Clubs by attending meetings and other events hosted by their neighboring clubs and clubs across the Southwest. With three (3) categories of Inter-club Awards being presented (Inner Circle, Middle Circle, & Outer Circle), every Club has an opportunity to win!

Inter-club Award Requirements
All inter-club visits made by your club during this past Kiwanis year (October 1, 2024 – September 30, 2025) must be reported on the form below.
You must contact the Host Club in advance to confirm the time and place of the meeting.
Credit for Inter-club visits do not apply to the Host Club.
District Convention, Midyear Conference, Governor’s Visit, Council Meetings, or actively participating in the host club’s service projects (other than fundraiser events) qualify as an inter-club.
Inner Circle Award
A club must visit each club within the division during the twelve-month Kiwanis year at a regular meeting or when the club to be visited is the host at a division, district, or international meeting or by actively participating in the host service projects (does not include fund raiser events). A visit is not required for clubs opened in the division in July, August, or September to earn the Circle Award.
Middle Circle Award
A club must visit seven (7) different divisions, in addition to their own, during the twelve-month Kiwanis year with two or more Kiwanians. Choices of which divisions to visit are up to the individual club. Completion of the Inner Circle Award is also required to receive this award.
Outer Circle Award
A club must visit all of the other fifteen (15) divisions, as well as completing the Inner Circle Award in their own division, in the course of the twelve-month Kiwanis year with two or more Kiwanians.
