• February 15 – Federal Income Tax Report Form 990/990N/990-EZ
• May 25 – Kiwanis International Convention Delegate Certification
• May 31-June 2 – SWD Kiwanis Family District Board Training, Kamp Kiwanis, NM
• June 1 – Annual Report of Club Election
• June 24-27 – Kiwanis International Convention, Pittsburg, PA
• July 24 – Southwest District Convention Delegate Certification
• August 7-9 – Southwest District Convention, Albuquerque, New Mexico
• October 1 – Kiwanis New Year
• October 15 – Budgets of Income & Expenses for Admin & Service Fund

Annual Dues	Due October 1, payable by November 30th
Certification of Elected Delegates / Alternates	30 days preceding International or District Convention
Annual Report of Election of Club Officers	June 1st (filed online)
Interclub Award Form	October 15th
Annual Club Report	October 31th (Automatically completed on-line if all club monthly reports are filed.)
