Registration for the 2024 Kiwanis Southwest District Convention is now open!
Tempe, AZ – July 19-21, 2024
Convention Registration (meals are purchased separately) may be paid from a service account, and rates are dependent on the timeliness of the registration: –$65.00 Registration before June 27th –$71.50 Late Registration between June 28th and July 11th –$78.00 Really Late Registration on or after July 12th
The full-meals package for $134.00/person includes meals (Friday dinner, Kiwanis Family Luncheon-Saturday, and Governor’s Banquet-Saturday), workshops, and entertainment. So, registration for Convention and all meals totals $199.00 if registered by 6/27/24.
Unable to attend the full weekend? You can purchase individual meals for the prices listed (prices will increase June 27th): –$61.00 Foundation Friday Dinner –$34.00 Saturday K-Family Lunch –$77.00 Saturday Governor’s Ball
ALL attendees and guests must be registered in advance, including any meal-only guests and spouses. Because space and meal counts are due before convention, we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins or un-registered spouses/guests.

We’ll enjoy the beautiful grounds of Tempe Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Tempe at 4400 South Rural Road, Tempe, AZ 85282 with a room rate of $109+tax per night ($124.34 all-in). Hotel rate includes the famous Embassy Suites hot breakfast and evening reception with snacks, drinks and cocktails.

Please remember, registration will be required for all guests including meal-only guests/spouses. NO WALK-INS/WALK-UPS WILL BE ACCEPTED. All attendees are encouraged to stay at the Tempe Embassy Suites to ensure the District meets its hotel contract obligations.
The Convention Registration form includes the opportunity for past Southwest District Lt. Governors to pay their annual dues and the option for anyone to sponsor a student from one of our Service Leadership Programs/Partners for the weekend or a meal.
