Clubs often go above and beyond in their service not only to their communities and the children of the world but to the Southwest District as a whole. Participation in District events often takes time away from Members clubs and families. To celebrate those clubs, the District will recognize clubs who have participated at the District level if they have been represented by at least one member of their club at:
Governor Mary’s (2023 – 2024) official visit to your division;
The Mid-Year Conference (in person or virtually);
The 2024 District Convention in Tempe, AZ;
The International Convention in Denver, CO; and
A Division Council Meeting (DCM), other than the one held during the Governor’s visit, to your Division.
Clubs who have met the above criteria will receive a patch for their banner. To receive this award your Lieutenant Governor must complete the form below.
