The View from the Bridge: What an LTG actually does (and why you should do it too). Demystifying the Lieutenant Governor role for future leaders.
Focus: A “Day in the Life” of a Lieutenant Governor.
Outcome: Demystifying the role to build a leadership pipeline. Understanding the balance between club visits and district communication.
Shifting Gears: How to grease the wheels of change without grinding them. Navigating district transitions and modernizing our approach.
Focus: Greasing the wheels of change.
Outcome: Identifying “friction points” in the district and learning soft skills to implement new ideas without causing burnout.
