1 PM – 5 PM	Registrations, Contest Entries & Credentials	Pickup packets, delegate ribbons, SWD Governor pins and submit entries for contests.
2 PM – 4PM	2025-2026 Lieutenant Governor’s Thank You Reception	By invitation only.
2PM – 4PM	District Service Project	A local “Albuquerque Impact” project (e.g., packing literacy kits for NM Title I schools).
4PM – 4:30 PM	First Timer’s Orientation	A “Welcome to DCON” guide for new members
4:30 PM – 5:30 PM	Foundation Meeting	SWD Foundation Board Meeting lead by Candie Drouin, Foundation President
5:30 PM – 6PM	Break –
6:00 PM – 8:30 PM	Foundation Dinner	State of the Foundation Address & Awards Presentation
8:30 PM – 10 PM	Division Council Meetings	Divisions meet to discuss candidates and regional goals with outgoing and incoming LTG’s
